As of September 2011 and iOS version 4.3.5 the Apple mobile devices do not have Khmer fonts or a Khmer keyboard. Nevertheless, devices with iOS 4.2+ should display Khmer properly. Khmer Bibles on http://www.biblecambodia.org will display Khmer text properly in Safari since a Khmer font will be temporarily uploaded and embedded in the web pages. http://www.google.com.kh includes a virtual NiDA Khmer keyboard which can be used to search for Khmer words on this site or others. This does not appear to be available in the iOS devices, however. |
